The name "Koshigoi" originates from the regional name "Koshi-Goe",with "Goi" derived from a word meaning an old well.

We are a family-owned sake brewery located in Katsuura in the Boso peninsula since the 1830.
We strive to brew fine sake in this warm climate. Our sake reflect its quality of ingredients and fine craftsmanship, and our robust quality management ensure that each sake is a proof of what we do.
